the horn and cruise control on my van have quit working and the air bag indicator light is always on. we have replace almost evry fuse according to the manual, am I missing something?

I bid and won a couple of shop manuals on eBay today that covers the '98 vans, so in about a week I may be able to give you some suggestions on the electrical problem in your '96. I'll try to remember to look up the wiring diagrams and let you know. But if you don't hear from me in 10 days write me back.

Hi Angela,
Unfortunately I am unable to give you any specific help on this because I don't have wiring diagrams with sufficient detail to find a common fuse or power supply line that powers these three systems. I hope to get a Chrysler van shop manual soon but until I have one for the late-90's I am severly limited.
