How do you access the air filter on a 97 Town & country ?

Hi Bob,
I am sorry to say that I am not familiar with the setup of the filter housing on a '97. I have the '93 manual which shows some wire spring clip "bails" holding down the lid of the box, and if not those then how about some bolts around the lid? It may be that the air is drawn in from the wheel well area and you need to demount the entire box from the engine compartment in order to get access to the filter within. I wish I could be of more help to you.
