Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1970 F100 steering column, hollander interchange, scrap yards

Question
Can I use a 1969 F100 steering column to replace a 1970 F100 column?  If not, how about a 1971 F100 column?

Hello Shigeya,

You should be able to use either year column as the trucks were basically identical except for trim. To be absolutely sure, check the "Hollander Interchange Manual" Most scrap yards use one and can confirm my opinion for you.
