Anthony, I know of one excellent Citroen specialist, who I would recommend without reservation, but they're nowhere near Toronto. You could try calling them, and they might be able to recommend someone closer to you (they are in Southern California).

Their name is SM World, in Valencia, CA. The gentleman you want to talk to is Jerry Hathaway, and his wife is Sylvia. They are both very knowledgeable of all things with larger Citroens.
