where is the oil pressure relief valve located on a 1963 chevy11 nova.   i'm getting oil in the water and was told to replace this valve, but can't locate it

I'm sorry, but I don't know where it is.  Ask whoever told you about it.  Sounds like a problem many people had had.  Find a chevy car club on line and ask them.  If you can find a club near you, join it so you can have more fun with that car.
