AnswerI don't know much about your car, but I doubt that anything would be interchangable. Try to get the part duplicated by a good shop. It won't be cheap, but that is all you can do on a part like that.
Find a Packard car club and join it. They would be a big help on something like this. Find a machine shop and give them the challenge to make you a new one. They might like the challenge.
I assume it can't be repaired, but the pieces should help someone make a new one.
