Classic/Antique Car Repair: oil blowing out dipstick, wt oil, vacuum leak

I have a '68 Bronco with a 95 roller 302.  The engine suddenly started spewing oil out the dipstick top at higher RPMs. Changes the PCV with a generic.  Didn't work.  Tried general adjustments like timing etc. no luck.  Any ideas.  Could a vacuum leak do this?

Hi is there any whit stuff on the stick or oil? , I would change the oil and filter and add  some 30 wt. oil and a can of STP to it, also do you have breathers on the valve covers ? and clean any oil vents if you have them.Also try to put a seal on the dip stick so it can not spit the oil out.do you have a hi oil psi?
