AnswerI have 3 cars with the same overdrive, and I've never had one fail! Something seems to be wrong with your truck - are you sure everything is wired right?
What are the symptoms? Can you rotate the plunger shaft, or is it locked in one position?
Give me more info and I might be able to help some.
I don't know of anyone with new ones, or that rebuilds them - I've never had the need of one.
For a good used one, try Gallant's Truck Salvage in Oceanside CA - that's where I get all my truck parts. They ship nationwide.
