Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1977 OLDSMOBILE REGENCY 98, oldsmobile regency 98, blower motor resistor

I REPLACED THE A/C COMPRESSOR AND THE REST OF THE A/C SYSTEM. THE AIR BLOWS COLD BUT IT ONLY BLOWS ON THE MEDIUM SETTING NOT ON THE HIGH. IS IT THE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR OR WHAT?

Hi- It sounds as if the switch is not working right. it should be low-med-hi.  check  the fan blower- try it with the heater , not the A/C if it workes with the heater in l-m-h than it should do the same with  the  A/C try to hot wire it.  and see if the fan will blow if you by-pass the switch.  and check to see that all of the connections are on and tight.  ok,
