I have a beautiful Chrysler New Yorker 1988 that I am redoing.  I was wondering if you anything about possible electrical system problems?  On the dashboard there are three trouble lights that stay on: Door/deck, Seatbelt, and Brake.  The trip computer won't register any miles and reads F1-1.  Finally the radio will turn on but won't make sound and the car seems to lose power.  This only happens about every other time I start it up.  I know this falls out of your range of years, but if you have ever heard of this problem or know a place to send me, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you Very much!!  Jeanette

Hi well I think that on your mod. you can adj. some things thru the radio like the computer.  it might just be a really but it will have to be checked with a meter to see what codes pop up, or thru  the radio. sorry I could not help you more.
