The hood release inside the car busted is ther any other way to open the hood?

 Hi  if you can get a set of pliers on the broken cable
and pull it open ,  and you will have to replace the cable  
or the broken  part for it to work inside. you also might get it from under  the grill but the pliers will be your best   bet.  ok
