Classic/Antique Car Repair: carbs & oil temp., oil temp, screw

Question
1965 corvair 110 hp 164 cid.  how to adjust the carbs to where they are in sync?  what is a good oil temp to run at?  thanks for your help.

Hi  well with those type of carbs , you use special gauges, but if yo can turn the adj. screw in till it almost stalls than back it out at least 1 1/4 turn or till it sound good. doing it that way most times will work.
as far as the oil temp. it should be around 175-180 - use a good brand of oil .
