Classic/Antique Car Repair: 53 Chrysler Windor Newport - flathead 6, body bolts, wd 40

Question
How do I go about simply taking the entire body off the frame to work on old engine .. etc .. ?

Is it bolted to the frame ?  and do I just have to find those bolts?  I so where should I look?

HI , well its going to be some work , you will have to get a few cans of wd-40 and spray up all of the body bolts , and you are right they they are just that , bolts holding down the body , you cant miss them , I do not know how many on that car but there are a few, so  get a big breaker bar or even better a set of torches and remove each bolt you see holding the body on , caution when you are by any springs be carefull that you do not remove anything that might come shooting off at you.when you go to replace the bolts and washers, get a kit with all of the parts. try jc. whitney.com  they carry all.   ok
