Classic/Antique Car Repair: Clutch, muncie 4 speed, threds

Question
I need to find out how to adjust a clutch on a muncie 4 speed tranny, I tried to loosen the nut but couldnt figure out how to adjust it because the clutch doesnt release until it gets way up at the top and i am hopeing i can adjust it and dont need a new clutch.

    Hi well on  the clutch set up- there should be a rod with threds on it going to the fork, you will have to loosen the lock nut and turn the rod itself if it is all  the way out than there is no more adj. left on it. you might need a new clutch .  ok   and good luck !
