I have 4 wheels and hub caps for a 1925 plymouth for sale. Any suggestions of who might need them

By far the best way to get a fair price for something like that is to run it on eBay.  It is easy, cheap, and your parts WILL sell - there are millions of people on eBay every day - you'll be amazed.
