Do you know how to test coils, either on the car or off? Thank you.

       The only way that I know is with a meter and even than I think it would only show if it had a open or closed circut, if there is no spark comming from the center or large dist wire than you know for sure it is not good.
you can ask the other guy in here as he might be able to give you  some other input,as we would do when we were younger we would just try a differnt coil and see if that was the trouble.
