What year PT Cruiser can I use a cylinder head from for 2009 pt cruiser

You cannot use a cylinder head from any PT Cruiser on a 2009 PT Cruiser. The 2009 PT Cruiser uses a different engine type than any other model year, so the cylinder head is not interchangeable.
