Dodge Repair: 2005 Dodge Magnum RT needs engine...

My 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with 5.7 Hemi dropped the number one cylinder and pretty much killed my engine (local Dodge dealer quoted $7995 to fix).  So I've been looking for used or Remanned engine... my question is would a newer 5.7 Hemi (like out of 2013 Ram 1500) be compatible to put in my car?  Also, do you go as far as the Columbus GA area?

You might be in  some good luck my friend. A customer of mine that I put a 5. in in feb this year just totaled his car on monday  Looking at teh pics  the engine was not touched.   I put in a remain  because his did the same thing  .
