Dodge Repair: electrical?, powerful system, ram 1500

my 2004 ram 1500 2wd hemi a/c and mirror defrost lights are flashing constantly. obd reader is finding no codes and i have already disconnected and re connected the battery and the flashing still occurs

an obd2 reader is only for engine check engine light codes that it  anything else or any other computer will require a more powerful system  more then u would want to spend to just see whats going on   I would suggest that U take it to a sho and let them look at it .
