Dodge Repair: Air Bag light ON !!, dodge caravan sxt, 2007 dodge caravan

I own a 2007 Dodge Caravan SXT with 77,000 and have Basic Plus Coverage.  My driver and passenger Air Bag light in on 24/7.
Is the repair under Warranty?
How can I turn the light off?
Should the Van be driven while the lights are on?

I have no idea what your warranty will cover that u will talk to the people I got it from.    As for what it is. U should let a shop take a look at it see what the code is for the light.   And the light being on means the air bag will not deploy if in an accident
