QuestionQUESTION: HI Kevin, I have a 2000 Durango and have been having trouble getting the back latch to catch. I last time I finally got it to catch but now I can't get it to open. I tried the key, the auto unlock etc..., it just won't open. Any ideas about how to replace or repair?
Thank You
