Dodge Repair: 1998 Heating System, heater core, electrical motor

QUESTION: My 1998 Dodge 4 x 4 Heater is not working,

I (a mechanic) replaced the themostate, the heater core seeems to be hot and the fluid levels are good.  What is the problem?

ANSWER: are both hoses going to the heater core hot enough U cant hold them?

QUESTION: Yes both hoses going to the heater core are hot enough u can't hold them.

under the pass side dash u will find an electrical motor remove it and then see if U can do a full sweep of the door should move about 45 to 70 degrees  then if it moves all the way feel if U get heat out of the vents. When the motor is off  also move the temp control knob see if the motor itself moves.
