Dodge Repair: 96 dodge intrepid overheating, dodge intrepid, air bubble

replaced thermostat, still over heatsfans seem to be own one more than the other,heater air sometimes gets cool all of a sudden , when i have the heat on to circulate the water

i dont understand what this is
heatsfans seem to be own one more than the other,
did u make sure u dont have an air bubble in the system  and
having the heat on inside has nothing to do with circulating the water  it will be moving regardless if u have the fans on or not.
