Dodge Repair: heater damper door, vacuum line, split line

Question
I have a 2002 Dakota, the damper door does not work, air is mostly coming out defrost, and front vents, can not get air to floor. Also had a check engine for an evap leak, any connection? Where is the damper door and is it vacuum controled? If so where is the vacuum line?

locate the actuators on the driver side  they are all electric  not vac controlled. U should be able to swap them around  or see if the motor will move  and then chk to see if the door is broken
for the evap issue  U have a broken or split line some where.
