Dodge Repair: ram 1500 heater a/c, heater fan, blower motor

QUESTION: good morning, my 2002 ram heater fan blows but nothing comes from any vent. have taken dash apart, can find nothing loose. can you please help? thanks in advance, John

ANSWER: do u have the new body style truck  or old style  the 02 is where they have split years.

u have a broken recirculation door and its sitting on top of the blower motor  it makes  abit of noise when the fan is turned on correct?
U can take down the blower motor and stick your hand up there and feel the door there. U will need to take the dash out to fix this.
