Dodge Repair: power steering type noise, chrysler town, tsbs

When we first start up our 2003 chrysler town & country van we hear a sound, like the power steering struggling. After a few miles the noise clears up and the vehicle operates fine. Since purchase we have had this problem, but not a bad as it seems now. After a few dealer attemps at fixing, we took it to our mechanic who flushed the power steering system, and it worked fine for awhile. We now have the noise again?
Can you sdvise what the problem might be, the fill resivoir it at the right level, and we never need to add fluid? Thank You for your expertise......

there are a few TSBs that could correct this issue  depends on what kinda van U have and power steering system  look around online for Chrysler TBS for your van  if U dont plan on fixing it yourself  take it to a dealer they have all the TSBs on hand.
