Dodge Repair: 2002 Dodge ram cabin filter problems, cabin filter, filter problems

Question
A mouse has gotten into my heater box through the cabin filter. I have removed blower motor and pulled out pieces of cabin filter, I think, and lots of insulation from the firewall that the mouse relocated to make a bed. how do I get to the cabin filter to replace it and make it so he, the mouse, can't do it again. thanks.

U dont have a cabin filter  so its from something else that was taken up in there or something else from the inside.  Inorder for u to get deep in there  depends on how far the nest is   U can lower the blower motor and stick your hand about a foot or so  but thats about it. Past that point the dash will haft to come out.
