Dodge Repair: Tail Light bulb replacement, dodge neon, negative cable

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon and I would like to change the tail light bulbs because they are out.  How Do I do this?

Answer
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Move trunk lining as necessary from rear closure panel to gain access to back of tail lamp.
Remove nuts attaching tail lamp to the rear closure panel.
Disconnect the wiring connectors from the bulb sockets.
Remove lamp housing from vehicle.
