Dodge Repair: remove and replace multi-function switch, fog lights, wire connectors

My son broke the multi-function switch off at the column. It's just hangs there, no lights, no blinkers, no nothing. I have guys who can do the work I just need to tell them how. Oh, 2004 Stratus, no fog lights. Thank you so much.

REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable.
Remove the upper steering column shroud. Refer to Steering, Column, Shroud, Removal.
Remove multi-function switch mounting screws (MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH MOUNTING).
Disconnect wire connectors. Lift the switch straight up to remove.
