Dodge Repair: Running lights., dash lights, pig tail

I have a 2001 ram 2500. I recently hit a fence with the rear of my truck and ripped out the tail light on the right side and exposed wires on the pig tails that the bulbs attach to. After this I have replaced the pig tail end and tail light however my running lighs front and rear still do not work. Also my dash lights have stopped working as well. My break, back up and trun signal lights still work however. I was told this might be a problem with the dimmer switch in the cab if I'm getting power to the tail lights. All fuses are fine. Please help.

it would stand to reason if they were working b4 u hit the fence  they should after u fix the issue.  I doubt a part will fail during that time frame.
take out the headlight switch and check pink and red wire for  power  turn on the lights and check for power at black and yellow  tell me what U have then.
