Dodge Repair: transmission transfer switch, dodge durango, switch 2001

Question
No power to switch (2001 Dodge Durango 4 by 4) and trans will not switch to 4 wheel drive.     another question, since we have owned the vehicle we have not gotten air flow through the vents, flows everywhere else (example , when air conditioning on) mechs at Dodge said it was standard with that year of Durango , owned it since it was new.

the ac issue they have always been low flow out some of the vents  plus its a big cabin for just single air ya know.
For the transfer case  how did u check to see if u have power at the switch??   the 2 fuses that supply power to the switch has alot of other things on it  that U would also know that does not work  like some lights and so on.
