QUESTION: KEVIN , HI , MY SON BOUGHT A 2000 DODGE DURANGO . IT HAS NO OWNER MANUAL AND HE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH ALL THE POWER WINDOWS . HOW CAN HE OBTAIN A MANUAL WITH INFO. NEEDED AND WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST ABOUT THE WINDOWS ? COULD IT BE A MAIN SWITCH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE . THANK YOU , LINDA

ANSWER: u can buy  a manual from a dealer or look on ebay  the winds  all dont work or just 3?

what u want to look for then is start teh truck open the door and watch the dome lights to see if they go dim when u try and move the window switches  if they go dim  beat on the door panel while u are moving the switch down  u have locked up window motors.
