Have you ever heard of a truck not starting so well when it rains.  I just bought this us truck and the first time it rained it took 2-5 turns of the key before the starter would turn.  I thought it was the relay, but come to find out there is no such thing on the Ram.  What do you think?

thats a new one to me. I would take some connectors loose and see if u see some water build up in there. When u say 2-5 turns  do u hold it over until it starts  or turn it over for a few seconds then it fires up?   Plus  does the starter move the engine or u hear a clunk or something like that?
