Dodge Repair: 2003 Durango a/c condensor fan, fan blade, radiator fan

Question
My a/c condenser fan is not working.  I have checked the fuses swapped some of the relays around, but no luck.  I have ordered a replacement fan.  How difficult is this to install?

REMOVAL
If the fan blade is bent, warped, cracked or damaged in any way, it must be replaced only with a replacement fan blade. Do not attempt to repair a damaged fan blade.
Disconnect battery negative cable.
Disconnect fan motor wire connector.
Remove the two fan shroud mounting clips connecting the upper part of fan shroud to the radiator (Fan Shroud—Typical).
Remove fan assembly from radiator
