Dodge Repair: 2000 Intrepid Air Conditioning, ac system, electric fans

Question
One of the electric fans started to make a noise (bearing type) and now the A/C stopped putting out cold air.  Any idea if there is a relationship between the 2?

all the relations in the world  hehe  the fan removes the heat from the ac system that is taken out of your cabin  if there is no way to remove the heat  your ac will not let go of the heat and u are where u are.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
