Dodge Repair: 03 Dodge Durango A/C not cold, pressure guage, dodge durango

03 Dodge Durango A/C is cool, not cold.  Pressure guage shows a little higher than optimum but still in the "acceptable" range on the low pressure side. Good air flow through vents inside the cabin.  The car will eventually cool down after 10 or 15 minutes of highway driving.  I have cleaned the condensor coil.  Any ideas?

normal for a durango  its a big cabin hard to remove that much heat.Here is a few things u can to to make to go faster.
When u get in let all windows do a few inches turn on ac  outside air for 3 min. The put windows back up and turn on the rec air part  that should help with the time frame to make it cool down.
