ANSWER: How do u know its not getting fuel to the rail? Now u are talking about front suspension what is it that u want to know U need to have some idea of what u are doing to enplane to me what is going on and what you have done thus far to figure stuff out. A plane ole question my car is broke what is it gonna take to fix it does not work. And guessing what u think it is does not help either.

QUESTION: i have a 95 dodge neon, it wont start, but it turns over, theres no fire to the feul pump, is there a feul switch on it, we have checked all fuses and relays to the car, what eals can i do,
ANSWER: Get a test light and check at the fuel pump if there really power back there or not. IS there spark at the plugs there are 2 different directions that we can go with this.

AnswerI haft to ask so we are on the same page What did u use to test for power at the fuel pump and did u disconnect the 4 way wire connector and it had a bk and a bk/lg wire both were grounds and the dg/wt wire had no power when u had the key on correct?
