Dodge Repair: Help with eclipse, eclipse gs, coil pack

i have a question about a 1995 eclipse gs it's a 2.0 liter non- turbo.Ok i have a problem car will not start it turns over  but will not start my battery is dead right now but can be charged with jump.Alright this is my problem i bought the car for 1000 and it wont start turns over but wont start. I have chnaged the spark plugs and wires also chnaged the coil pack as well. the kid i got it from said he put a new fuel pump in.I also noticed that when the  stereo is on when the key is turned to the acc  when i put my parking lights on the stereo gos off comes back on.When i put the head lights on  the stereo gos off why is that? well main question is what is making my  car not start? please if you can help me out thanks

First thing, is there power going to the spark plugs.  Second never replace parts to see if that's the problem, that can get very costly.  Since you have already replaced all of these other parts.  if there is no power to the spark plugs.  The next thing is to check the auto suut down.  You can bypass the auto shut down by taking a paper clip and crossing the plugs.  However if this works then there is another problem.  You will have to find out what is wrong with your wiring.  It's appearent that something is wrong from your explaination.  Whoever put the sterio in has gotten the wrong wire hooked up to the lights on the sterio.  Wright me back and explian the proplem more clearly.  Are you getting fire to the spark plugs?  is there fire going to the coil pack, are the plug wires in the proper places?
