Dodge Repair: Coolant Leak, coolant leak, radiator cap

Question
Antifreeze keeps appearing on the ground. We just had a Radiator replaced. We have keep adding coolant to the resovior. I think it might be the water pump or thermostate?

I need to know the year, make, model and engine size of your vehicle.  It could just be a radiator cap pushing coolant out in to the resevior and over-filling it.  Then, as the engine cools back down it pulls out everything it can in the resevoir thus leaving it empty.
