Dodge Repair: 1999 DODGE 2.7 ENGINE, noisy engine, lifters

IS THERE AN EASY FIX FOR THE 2.7 NEIGHBOR HAS ONE FOR SALE 77K MILES NOISY ENGINE. CAN IT BE FLUSHED ETC? THANKS

Im sorry, but I would not wish a 2.7 on my worst
enemy!!  These engines are very often noisey, they
must be maintained perfectly, and are prone to failure.

I have lost track of the number of cars with 2.7l engines that I have installed new lifters, rockers, rods, bearings, heads, chain guides, and entire engines on.
