Dodge Repair: Intrepid wont start, fuel gauge, dodge intrepid

My 1995 dodge intrepid wont start, the fuel gauge and PRND cluster light won't come on. Sometimes the only light that comes on is the oil light. I have checked all relays and fuses and they are good. It just wont start. What can it be?

I can think of ALOT of things it could be.
Which engine do you have?
Can you give me more symptoms? If there are any...
I assume you have verified that the battery is charged,
the connections are good, and the starter works.

If you have a 3.5l Try this:
Disconnect the battery
Remove fuses 7 and 19
re-connect the battery with the fuses removed.
let me know if there is any change or improvement.
