Dodge Repair: 1996 dodge neon overheating, dodge neon, head gaskets

Question
I have had the radiator, waterpump, headgaskets, and the head replaced and this thing is still overheating, any thoughts as what to check next? PLEASE HELP ME I have to much money in it to give up on it.

do you know if the head gaskets were installed right?
and if they were then u want to change the thermostiac to see if it is sticking .
And also check the raditior to see if it is leaking or pluged.
