Dodge Repair: 2003 Dodge Caravan Water Pump, dodge caravan, water pump

Question
I have a 3.3L V6 and can't get the water pump out.  It's loose but doesn't seem to have enough room.  Is there a trick to getting it removed?

I haven't touched anything post dating 2000, so I couldn't say for sure. I haven't had any problems like that yet, either. However, being that it's newer, you might have to remove the pulley to get it out. That's probably what is holding it back. Hope this helps.
