Eagle Repair: My wifes Talon, dispersement, 1995 eagle talon

Howdy!  My wife's car (1995 Eagle Talon/Turbo)wouldn't start this morning and when she called AAA, the guy there said it was just flooded.  She says it's running fine now.  I thought this was a fuel enjection car and couldn't flood.  What could have caused this?

If in FACT it is a fuel injected vehicle and not a computerized carburetor it is unlikely that it was flooded as the vehicles computer would shut the fuel dispersement down.

You most likely have a computerized carb vehicle of which can get flooded.
