first check and get back to me that, the fuel filter isn't leaking !!! this wasn't uncommon when people replaced the filter because the retaining clip wasn't installed properly. second if that is o.k. replace the pcv valve and have someone remove the idle motor and clean the ports out with carb cleaner. the idle motor is silver in color with one 2 wire connector located on top of the throttle body. ( where the air cleaner hose meets the engine )
