Ford Repair: no sound from AM radio, radio waves, overcast

I have a 2012 escape and have no sound from the am only. The rest works ok. What is wrong what needs to be replaced

To be honest, check back with me in a week or so and I will look into it. I'm sure Ford may or may not put a bulletin out about this. The most common fiz for this is a poor ground or actually the weather. A.m. reception is hit or miss, sometimes a complete overcast increases a.m. reception ( due to the way radio waves bounce off atmoshphere ) or depending on the station you prefer, a complete clear day helps.. check back with me.. -b-
