QUESTION: Hi,
I have a 2002 Ford Windstar. When I turn the heater on, heat comes out all of the vents except the front ones.  Any thoughts?

ANSWER: The front vents meaning, the ones above the radio ? or near the windows ?

QUESTION: All of them....ones above the radio, side near window and the defrost vents at the front......they blow air just not warm air.

a little confused so one more question. does heat come out any of the other positions ? ie.. the floor defrost etc.. ? if not. replace the temperature blend door actuator. it is located behind the radio. you will need special tools to remove the radio which can be purchased at any wal-mart or auto parts store for about 10 bucks. remove the radio. behind it you will see a white box about 4x4" square with a small white connector going to it. -b-
