I have a 2006 Taurus and the massage center stop working? What can you tell me??

hey there, i has seen this a couple of times. more than likely it is a fault internally with the instrument cluster, you can have a rebuilt one ordered adn have new one intalled, but it MUST be isntalled by a frd dealer, all the information from the old cluster will have to be transfered to the new one by only a ford computer.
