Ford Repair: fuel, ford e350, fuel pump

my 89 ford e350 the fuel system stays on when the truck  is off i can still hear a buzzing sound and i think its flooding the truck i can smell alot gas and sometimes when i make random stops my truck sounds like the battery is low and give me trouble starting

First I would like to apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I had some families issues that required attention and was away from my computer for a few days. If the fuel pump stays running after the switch is off replace the relay first. A faulty ignition switch could also be a problem.
