Ford Repair: slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, ford minivan

I have a 1998 ford minivan.  It has a clutch. I need to bleed the hydraulic clutch.  How do I do this?  thanks

i usually make sure clutch master cylinder is full-then go underneath and open bleeder to release any air-bubbles will show up with fluid-i then close bleeder pump pedal and do it again. that works good when your by yourself-when bleeder is open don't let it run out of fluid in the master cylinder.
